• ALL Horses are sold AS IS we offer NO Guarantees or Warranties. 
• We do offer TRADES under the RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCES within a TIMELY MATTER. We hold the right to decide if we are obliged to offer a trade.
• Under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES we DO NOT offer REFUNDS. 
• PRE-PURCHASE EXAMS are done at BUYERS EXPENSE & every buyer is encouraged to do so. All horses weather sold online, on site or site unseen you as a buyer have the right to set up a PPE. 
• No POST Purchase exams will be taken into consideration once the horse leaves our possession.
• We go the extra mile with our horses to provide Extensive Videos, Pictures, Descriptions & Allow all buyers to do whatever necessary before purchase.
• After purchase we allow 72 hours to Pick up with no Board/Feed cost. $20 a day for Board/Feed will be billed after the 72 Hour time frame.
